BOOKING POLICY

There is a 25% reservation deposit due upon booking, the balance and a $200 refundable damage deposit is due upon check-in.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

Thirty(30) days of notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date will receive a full refund of their deposit minus a $50 CAD booking fee.

 

Cancellations that are made 30 days prior to arrival, will receive no refund unless the dates booked can be re-booked. If the dates can be re booked, you will receive your full deposit minus a $50 booking fee.

 

EXTRA GUESTS

There is an additional $25 per adult and $15 per child (Under 12 years of age) per night after 2 guests, children under two are free.

DOGS

There is a charge of $20 per dog, per day (up to 2 dogs per cottage). We love dogs here and good dogs are welcome to stay with a few simple rules: 

 

  • Please be respectful of the property and do not allow them on the furniture

  • Dogs must be leashed in shared spaces

  • Dogs must be socialized and behave well with other dogs and humans

 

CHECK IN / CHECK OUT

Check in is anytime after 3:00 pm and check out time is 11:00 am.

NO PARTIES OR GATHERINGS

We do not allow unauthorized parties or gatherings at the retreat. Please let owners know if you'd like to have non registered day guests' visit.
